The photo above 👆🏼 is of me at Werewolf Coffee Bar here in Chicago, indulging in one of my favorite winter time activities: wearing a hat and drinking coffee. Both are an attempt to stay warm and cozy during the frigid months, and both happen to be adorable fashion accessories.

But all too soon (two weeks to be exact!) I’ll no longer be in the frozen tundra, because my husband and I are kicking off our 2019 with an epic, three week-long journey to India.

Yes, INDIA! 🍾

I cannot tell you how long I have waited to take this trip, or how much it means to me altogether. But in an attempt to keep this post short, I will only say that India has always been my dream destination, the place I’ve told every Indian-American person I’ve ever met that I will one day visit, the explosively colorful land that seems too fantastic and unreal to be true.

I plan to be as connected as possible while I’m there, so stay tuned for posts, articles, and stories of this epic adventure coming your way!
